Every Hsing-I school has a linking form that combines the five fist postures (five elements) of Hsing-I Chuan, also spelled "Xingyiquan." This form is called "Lien Huan Wu Hsing" (pronounced Lin-Wan-Woo-Shing) and it means "Linking the Five Elements." It is the first form learned by Hsing-I students after they become proficient at the fist postures.
